Huvila ger en exposé över forskning inom DOME-konsortiet på Vitalis 2022 konferens om hur digitala hälsoinformationstjänster allt för utvecklas och utvärderas som tekniska system medan informationsinnehållet och patienternas informationsbehov får ytterst litet uppmärksamhet — och vad som händer om digitala tjänster inte utvecklas för att anpassa sig i hur användarna hanterar information i sitt vardagsliv.
